Just curious if anyone has tried Nascobal? It is a nasal spray B12. My doctor wanted me to try it since I have absorption issues due to gastroparesis. I have tried the oral B12 on an empty stomach, but my numbers keep heading down, and now sits at 335...TOO LOW for someone with neuropathy.

He did a shot, and the Nascobal is a once a week spray of 500mcg. Personally, I think I should be taking more then just 500mcg, but I don't know if it's contraindicated to use more via this route. Any thoughts on this?
