Since I saw the new neuro last month and am taking the amben 12.5 and flexeril, I really haven't had the brutal insomnia I had for 7 years!! and the brutal headaches have diminished very much.

And thanks to certain people on this board for pushing me to go once again to a new doctor after I cancelled repeated appointments.

Dreams still vivid and wake up with anxiety attack and tremors but I know it will go away in five minutes and try not get frightened anymore. Wish I knew what caused the anxiety attack upon waking every morning. I know its a common symptom.

Spoke to doctor about serotonin syndrome with flexeril and Zoloft and she said one flexeril at bedtime is ok.

Trying to slowly wean off of Xanax under doctor's care since sleeping better and not sure if there is a point to taking Neurontin as the ambien/flexeril work much better.
