I understand and may try again, but my absorption issues play a role in taking oral and Sjogren's causes severe dry mouth and damage to the salivary glands and may be why I don't get the full benefit from sublingual.

They don't offer Methylcobalamin in the nasal spray.

Have considered injections but high dose blood thinners and intra-muscular shots can be problematic. I think the injections are also Cyano, not Methyl...but I'm not sure.
