Get a 2nd opinion, I saw a neurologist for an EMG and it showed pinched nerves, this was after seeing a horrible neurosurgeon who dismissed me.

I've also seen another neurologist recently and am having an EEG next week, he suspects some kind of seizure including non epileptic seizures.
