that did scare me! Just kidding and seriously any info, bad or good is very much appreciated! TBH my bones do hurt a lot lately. I did read that a high B12 could mean cancer. I take a lot of b12 just to stay awake at my job, but I heard that even a lot of amounts in supplement form don't show up in the blood.
