This is the first time I have woken up this early since taking my new sleep aids. But I fell asleep early so its still much better than before. And will probably sleep a few more hours.

The doctor gave me ambien 12.5 because 10 didn't work for me and he gave me flexeril. I take those two together at night and it has been working very well...best sleep in 8 years since this mess began

Used to wake up with worst headaches in back of head and since I play a doctor on the internet I thought It was damaged neurons causing the pain and it was irreversible lol. Turned out it was muscle pain and the flexeril did away with it the very first night!! Hope this helps!!
