Duloxetine 60mg x 1 (cymbalta) new
Docusate sodium 100mg x 2 (colace)
HM Senna 8.6mg x 2
Abilify 2mg x1
Metoprolol 25mg x 2 (lopressor)
Amitriptyline 100mg x1 pm. (Elavil)
Ropinirole hcl 0.5 x 3 (b-requip) new for involentary twitching in feet
Alprazolin 0.5 x4 (xanax)
Zolpidem 10 mg x 1 pm (ambien)
Oxycodone 20mg x 4 (roxycodone) new increase in. Dosage

I also take a multi vitamin along with thiamine and B12. I also take the max allowed of tylenol each day
