Hi Bryanna, I had two root canals done both on the second molars on the bottom teeth.

One of them developed a fistula a couple of years after the rootcanal was done. The other one has been fine and pain free. The Dentist said the fistula may be from micro fractures due to my bruxism. The fistula comes and goes on the same area.

I am 29, Are there other options than to extract the tooth with the fistula ? Thank you for all the information you have posted already.
