my routine keeps me going.
up an hour before I have to leave.
grab 2 cups of coffee, make it if jeff doesn't.
get on line and read the forums and face book and email. get dressed same uniforms for the day so no decisions there.
wash face
put on earings
comb hair
meds in shirt pocket for after lunch
I can get ready in 15 minutes if I have to so I spend the rest of the time on this computer.
staying in touch keeps me sane.
