Hi Everyone,

During Tai chi , I do this with my eyes closed and meditate with a blank mind , these words were given to me and I hope they will help you.


May the Spirit of God flow through me
May His loving kindness heal me
May the blood of Christ forgive me
May the peace of God surround me.

I feel blessed to receive this as I was wondering where God was when it hurts.
I just knew when it appeared in my mind from nothing.

Hope this helps I say it everyday now.
