I don't know if you go to a Sams club or not but their pharmacy has some over sized ones, for free. I use two for my AM and 1 for PM. I just take my permanent marker and write on each weekly keeper on the top AM and PM. My husband has an AM. MA, mid afternoon, and PM. Work out for us. I leave my compartment open after I take the pills out. That way I know that I have taken them. Good luck
