thanks for this! the little reading i've done during this fun phase of life has been between 3-5am, then i take a mg or 2 of ambien and sleep til 8. today i refrained from the ambien b/c i woke up at 5:30. hopefully that means better things for tonight.
i did this program (website is a disaster for the concussed). it helped but then i got lazy and slipped back into my old laying in bed ways...but it was helpful teaching me better habits
