I feel really nauseated and heaviness in my head during my waking hours, foggy and out of it even on little exertion. The top of my head feels sore and there is constant pressure like feeling from inside the skull, hard to explain, along with nausea and terrible ringing in my ears which seems to have increased after I have lowered xanax. I have become aggressive and suicidal, feeling tired all day even after getting a proper sleep at night. To be honest, I am scared and don't have any idea what's happening with me and where I am heading towards.I can't imagine tapering off a dose of 0.25 could be so bad, if that's the case. Hi Galaxy
Know that what you are going through is very normal. The reason I checked this group today is I woke with major headache and nauseated - and I am 1.5 years into my recovery.
If you are feeling aggressive and suicidal you need to tell someone - or call your doctor right away.
I am sorry you are feeling this way - the road to recovery is very slow and very up and down.
Hang in there.
If you are on-line and want to chat - let me know.
