Due to nerve damage from a spinal cord injury, only one of my saliva glands is still working - barely. My mouth makes the Sahara look like a tropical rain forest. It makes it difficult to swallow, talk and keep my teeth healthy.

I use the toothpaste/mouthwash the others have mentioned. I also use an artificial saliva spray. Ask your pharmacist about it. It's often used by folks whose saliva glands were destroyed by mouth cancer.
