Yes, I'm going to avoid power naps too! Do you do neck exercises or massage I wonder if that might help you. To get my tinnitus down I relax in a chair use my MP3 player and headphones gradually reducing the volume, seems to help.

@adrenalfatigue81 I've heard that raised cortisol levels can cause tinnitus so there could be a link, that might explain sleep issues too. Do you think it could be exhausted adrenals? I was living in a heightened state of anxiety for a few months.
