Hi Melody,
I am sorry you have not had more responses than you have so far. I would like to weigh in but I don't know enough about your MRI readings to be able to respond.
Just wanted you to know that I am hoping you will soon be better. Physical therapy may be beneficial and steroid injections may also be of help reducing pain and inflammation.
I was just about to have my left knee injected but I also need a nerve block for something else and it would be too much steroid. Given the choice between the two, I opted for my nerve block. The knee injection will just have to wait until it is OK to have more steroids.
I have arthritis in both knees but my left knee is the one that hurts the most. I have some bone spurs in it and I am guessing they must move or something and up the pain on occasion.
Sure hope you continue to improve. Sorry I have nothing of value to contribute. Wishing you well.
