My doctor (neuro) finally called yesterday and apologized for any trouble that the drug caused. He told me to stay off it and that he would have me start elavil when I am feeling better. I have decided that I am going to work things through sans meds.

This isn't the only neuro I have been to, several years ago I saw one in Charlottesville and one in North Carolina. He is my local. He decided in Sept. that maybe this isn't all in my head and has decided that I have viral parkinsonism. Failing the balance test this time makes me think that perhaps he is wrong since he said that there would be no more progression with what I have.

Thank you so much for bumping this up and for answering. I was afraid that I had upset someone and that I was blacklisted or something as it went for quite awhile with no responses.
