I use the toothpaste/mouthwash the others have mentioned. I also use an artificial saliva spray. Ask your pharmacist about it. It's often used by folks whose saliva glands were destroyed by mouth cancer.

I do use an artificial saliva spray, and find that it helps somewhat...but the effect doesn't last.
I also use a vaseline-based ointment that comes in a tube, and specifically helps with my dry, cracked lips.
I need something that will get me through the night with longer intervals between treatments.
