Default trigeminal neuralgia potential trigger point. advice wanted

hey guys. so i won't bore you with too much detail but a couple of years ago i had a dull pain start in my jaw that got more and more severe over months until it turned into severe clamping pain and electrical pain all over my right face and back of head on right side. at it's peak for weeks i was just curled in a corner. it slowly left in the same way it came on, subsiding slowly over months until it went away 100%. in the year after that i developed other neurological problems and was given scans for MS but they could find no causes for my problems.

one thing i never had with my neuralgia was a trigger point.

today for the first time in months i had al my old symptoms on a moderate scale along with a dull ache in my right ear area and some headaches all day. it didn't concern me too much but one thing has, if i touch one very particular hair on my chin it sends a dull moderately severe pain right from the point of the hair up through the entire trigeminal nerve on right side of my face into the back of my head. is this something i should be concerned about and should i see me GP?

thanks

mark
