I have been TRYING to gauge just how little I can eat in order NOT to get so tired, with a miriad of other unplesant things, after I eat. I mean it's crippling.

I know I spoke to my Chiropractor about this problem and he told me to eat much smaller meals less more frequently throughout the day.
Biblically we
SHOULD eat a handful of this and a handful of that as we hunt and gather.

I am torn between small, high calorie meals and regular calorie meals. I am trying to lose a little weight but the frequent low calorie meals just don't stay with me very long. I get hungry again soon after.
But this is a problem because, just now, I ate a HALF of a tuna salad sandwich and already I can feel myself going down.

Why do I get like this?? In my working days, after lunch, I was Useless for a couple hours and to TRY to be productive left me breathless and dizzy.
If anyone has any other suggestions I'd be glad to hear them.
