Hope this is where I write this (brain/sleep been pretty bad lately). Anyway, I tried cycling and can't keep my foot on the pedals w/o brace and if I use my brace which has a pretty aggressive arch I can't seem to get my foot to go full cycle.

Do you wear your brace all the time? I can only wear mine w/athletic shoes which after a shower & tee, right before bed, who wants to wear athletic shoes?
Curious, what type of flooring do you feel safest on? Carpet, tile w/ throws, wood? Do you get pain with yours? Sorry for all the questions. Hope to hear from you soon though as I find the drop foot one of the worse diagnosis I've got and I've got A LOT!

Just read that studies have been done (gotta find them again..hehe tried to put smilie w/??? here & its marked but it didn't appear???!!!) ok, I'm focusing..
on people with very bad PN that most also had Apnea. I know it is same here for hubby & I.

BE WELL ALL & THANKS FOR BEING HERE.
