Hello Solomon and welcome to NeuroTalk, although I am sorry for the reason that you're here.

I am not a doctor or physio, etc but was wondering if the fasciotomy caused damage to the fluid drainage system (called the lymphatic system), especially if the procedure was performed in an emergency situation. That would explain to me why you have fluid visible on scan, but with no obvious solutions offered by your doctor.

The only things I can think of that might help would be elevation and massage. Because of the reason for the swelling, I'm not sure about bandaging or a compression stocking - maybe a physiotherapist could advise.
