Short distance many times
Hello baba, I push a walker and as the title suggests, I go to Wal-Mart, McDonalds and in the house I use a stationary bike that loosens the knees and ankles. I hear a lot about exercising to tolerance and my Dr, said the best thing for my legs is to use them. Gritting the teeth may be a part of many peoples plan. Good Luck, Ken in Texas
