Your fatigue is likely due to your insomnia. If you can find a way to get some good sleep, you may see a big improvement in the fatigue. You may need to change your daily schedule so you have more time to slow down before going to bed. I need at least 4 hours of quiet before I can fall asleep. The concussed brain often needs more effort to slow the release of adrenaline and allow the brain and body to settle down.
The tingling feet sounds like a possible nerve issue in the neck or back. Learning good sleeping posture may help.
