PCS 21/2 yrs into it. Still many horrible symptoms.
I am still insomniac,,,,a full nights sleep would be so wonderful. U tube has some wonderful 8 hr guided meditations for sleep, depression, anxiety, etc. They help. Plus you are listening to positive reinforcement which helps a lot. Kava is a good thing to take to relax. I am doing lots of turmeric for the pain. My symptoms are very scary, and i love the meditations. You are lucky you can exercise...I can hardly lift anything. I can walk tho, this helps. Everybody heals at different paces...stressers lengthen healing time...no one knows how long it may take to heal.
