Do you have a Dr of your choice on your side?
Do you have a good work comp atty on your side?
A good atty will know of Drs and know how to get you treatment..even if WC is stalling..it's what they do...
One problem with work comp injuries, you have to be able to prove the injury caused the pain.
I think you need a good comp atty because the stenosis & arthrosis might have been there before.
If you had any previous back injuries or treatment , the WC ins will blame most of the new issues on that..
Also if middle aged or molder they will blame that too.
Just the way the 'game " is played..
unless you happen to get a very truly helpful case worker/adjuster..but they get pressured to help the WC company soon enough..
