I was pretty excited about melatonin--it was helping me sleep better and longer...but i think it ended up causing worse headaches and stabbing pains in my eye. I googled it, and apparently it can mess w/ pressure in the eyes. I quit a few days ago, and granted i've been resting a lot more, but no stabbing pain in the eyes.
So i rescind my recommendation of that supplement. I'm trying the trick of exposing myself to more light late in the day and getting a good hour of light exercise in...and dabbling with ambien when i need to.
Still waiting for that silver bullet to ease all my symptoms with no side effects.
