I will ask one of the researchers about your BBB question, but I would be surprised if one of the references didn't cover it adequately. Did you check them?

Regarding the Amazon question, I WISH the amazon product links generated significant money. It's my job in the project to raise funds and I would LOVE it if that were true. We are burning through $1000 a week just to keep the system running! But we have many other expenses. I think the Amazon links made less than $10 so far. Mostly we use it because the WP plugin makes it easy to add and it lets us track how many people click and buy, and at what ratios. *admin edit*
