Maybe try 5-HTP melatonins precurser. It made me feel relaxed, but I've stopped using it now as I'm trying to adjust my diet and lifestyle to increase serotonin levels.

Talking of hormones I've replaced my 'healthy' margarine with good old fashioned butter to increase my cholesterol which is what hormones need. I read trans fats like veggie fats are very difficult for the body to process so I now use olive oil for cooking :-)
