I did treatments that insurance paid for I did not think it helped at the time I could have bought a unit for the cost in copays They sell some that are re-hab for less I actually am thinking though of trying again/buying a unit My feet are ice cold all day in winter no matter if inside or out It is supposed to help with blood flow so maybe that might help that
