If you can find a PT or DC with a low level laser (also called cold /soft laser) (not LED), that might be worth a try a few times.

An overall expert adjustment might be beneficial too , just in case something is pinching , DC can do foot,knees, elbows wrists any joint..
mine also does soft tissue work..
