hi pamster--thanxs for all your encouragment..i do not have a full mask--only the nose mask--i am still having the same problems(air forcing itself out of my mouth) i did move it up a notch to 3(from 2) and not much help there..i will try to move up more..have been unable to get back to the dr. due to the vertigo-driving is not so easy..well nothing is not so easy anymore..but i am still going to keep trying--before i give up completely..hope things are good for you..--moonstar
