I would try icing your neck once a day or so, for twenty minutes.
This often will help inflammation to damaged nerves quell down.
Don't do it too much or too long. See if that helps. I often use ice packs for my PN issues where I have compressions from my arthritis and bone spurs.
You can also try rubbing in some magnesium lotion on your neck once a day. A little goes a long way.

It is wonderful and fixes many many things...very inexpensive too. That bottle should last you 3 months or longer.
