I'm not sure, I think if I get a decent nights sleep I can't walk around town for a couple of hours, don't think I'm far off how I was before my injury. I can ride my bike a few miles if it's level and a steady pace but it does tire me out if I go too mad. Like you I found difficult to walk at first and had to build it up, it's heartening to see progress.
