You aren't losing your sanity although it may feel that way. Believe me, I understand.
I have this problem also as well as obsessing about my thoughts. Like I'm too aware of my thought process. Our broken lil brains can't process and get rid of thoughts like others can.
I'm seeing a psychologist and it's pretty basic stuff about breaking the thought process she taught me- which is a lot harder to do than it looks on the little paper I got from her. I obsess about my sanity which makes me feel insane

Makes my anxiety off the charts.
