I'm a little confused, how could you have a mild disc bulge at the L4-5 level where the disc was replaced with a spacer??? And I've seen the term "unilateral laminotomy" or "laminectomy" at a certain level but not "bilateral laminectomy" as stated??? I guess.....

And yes! what problems spawned the new MRI?
