NO, Too much B-Complex can be bad. A single B-50 or B-100 per day is max. Then, add some B-12 (1000 to 2500 mcgs of methylcobalamin) and maybe a B-6 (100 mgs). Some niacin added is also OK. Anti-oxidants are good, too.
