I'm a fan of baths with Epsom Salts but when that is inconvenient, you might want to try a bottle of Epsom Salt lotion.
I've found that it's best if I break my activities up. Pay close attention to how you're feeling and if it means 5 or 10 minutes of activity and half an hour or hour of a quiet activity, then so be it... You'll eventually learn how to best deal with your limitations and focus your time and attention on things that most matter to you and your family.
