Is your PCP diagnosing Fibromyalgia based on Cymbalta helping your pain?
Although I am very happy that you have found relief from your symptoms with Cymbalta that alone might not indicate Fibromyalgia. Cymbalta was first FDA approved to help with Diabetic nerve pain. Cymbalta has also been used off label to help with neuropathic pain associated with MS.
Cymbalta is also used to treat anxiety and depression.
Again, I am very happy you have found relief from your symptoms
Well, further checking and I see Cymbalta is now also a treatment for Fibromyalgia :-)
