Everything in moderation as they say. I would do some walking exercise, even if it's just a block every day. You've got to keep the blood flowing and your general health going, it's good for your mental health too which as important as physical with PCS. You will be able to increase the distance over time, it's one thing that you can see the improvement in which is nice.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
