Hi baba222,
Unfortunately, there is no beginning symptoms in reference to MS. The onset of MS as well as symptoms are different for each of us. MS does not follow a pattern such as if I have X symptom(s) now I can expect to have YX symptoms at some point. MS doesn't work like that. There is no pattern or predictability to MS. You simply get what the disease throws at you and hang on for the ride.
There is no symptom(s) which are unique to MS as other conditions/disease, vitamin deficiencies, and medications can all cause symptoms that are the same/similar to MS.

The McDonald Criteria for diagnosing MS relies heavily on MRI evidence. There is other testing that can be done, that if positive, could help support a diagnosis of MS.
It is possible to be diagnosed with MS and have a clear MRI. However, it could possibly take longer and other causes for a patients symptoms need to be ruled out. In the case of MS the disease needs to be more likely than not.
When someone has symptoms like you are explaining and indicates it is body wide my first thought is for that person to see a Rheumatologist.
Best wishes.
