Is is normal for the symptoms to go through periods of being better or worse? A few weeks ago I was feeling so much better, but now I am really in much more pain, like a flare up I suppose. Sleep is what I need most and it's then that I am in so much pain 😓
It is normal to feel better and then have periods where your pain gets bad again. I call them flare ups ( I'm in one right now). I have yet to be able to connect anything to these flares.

Many people have been able to figure out triggers though. Certain foods can cause flares for some people. I've heard night shade vegetables, rice, tomatoe sauce.

I'm sure this must be so difficult for you. I was 48 when this started. Thank goodness all my kids were grown.

I also am usually a cup half full person. However, I do have periods where I get depressed about this. I just try to not allow those times to last.

I don't know how old your children are but be honest about what is going on with them and your husband. TAKE the help they give you. Before I left work two years ago I basically went to work and did little else after that. Give yourself as many breaks as possible.

Hopefully, someone who has managed to figure out what causes their flares will be able to tell you more.

Hang in there
