I don't think the local doc will be up to speed on it, I reckon you'd have to see a endocrinologist with experience in treating head injury patients.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
