I take 4000 IU daily and I believe my last test results were 80.
Knock on wood and crossing myself, I suspect this level of Vitamin D has helped reduce my body aches that come with having lupus and Sjogrens Syndrome.
I do, however, have other conditions, that are still causing bad pain.
Also, I would like to mention that I think it has contributed to an overall feeling of well being, which is amazing considering my health concerns and other issues on my plate.
I do take other supplements including calcium, magnesium, fish oil, b complex, methyl B, a multi and more.
