Unless you needed a doctor's note for work, I doubt there was any real value to the doctors visit. My doctor did not like me complaining about things he could not help. Repeated visits ended up working against me even when they were just to his head ache clinic group.

btw, I bet you have bumped your head many times over 33 years. They just did not cause prolonged symptoms so they did not cause anxiety.
