Your doctor is likely right when he said "told me its my anxiety which is magnifying my symptoms. " That does not mean the sensations are not real. Just that your anxiety magnifies them. This is because the injured brain struggles to ignore those subtle sensations that normally would be ignored.

It is difficult to learn to ignore these subtle symptoms but it can be done. I have been having miserable loud tinnitus lately including pulsatile tinnitus. It has been quite a challenge to ignore. I have a 'szhing' 'szhing' 'szhing' sound going constantly. I have used other sounds to focus on.

Add to that what I call a mud head ache and the days have been a challenge unless I have something else to focus on. I've been watching a lot of YouTube.

I hope you can find a way to ignore these symptoms.

My best to you.
