Huh? Unless he's talking about the simpler "surgery" of pec minor tenonomy (sp?), I agree with you - this makes no sense at all!

But I have to say, in the video I watched on the JH website of Dr. Lum, he stated that the TOS patient would typically be released 24 hours post-surgery for a first rib resection/partial scalenectomy, which is pretty standard.

Now I am Confucious !!

Did you and I watch different videos of Dr. Lum?
