hello and welcome to NT,

i'm sorry you're going thru this. i have the utmost repect for you and for what you do.

i would be a strong advocate for yourself at all your dr visits. if you can take a friend or family member with you for backup and a 2nd set of ears. IF you have MS tell your dr you must find out what is wrong. not everything is due to MS so maybe something else is going on physically.

get copies of your mri's and copies of test results plus the mri report. start a medical file on yourself. it will come in handy in the future and you will learn a lot by reading the reports.

meet with your pcp and neuro and make them explain things to you and formulate a plan to deal with your sx's (symptoms) even during the diagnostic process some sx's can be handled by medications etc.

don't give up. i wish you the best. remember that knowledge is power and power is control. you are the captain of your team. surround yourself with drs that validate you and are willing to find out what's wrong.

keep us posted.
