I have experienced on and off again twitching as well since August. Mine is all over the body. I recently had one in my chin that went on for three days. Could be due to head injury, or in my case a side effect from medication.
How long ago did you hit your head? Are you currently taking any medications?

Fell off pool ladder on 07/26/14 and hit back of head on concrete, was unconscious for a few minutes.
Clear MRI and CT. Meds: 15mg Mirtazapine, heavy vitamin regimen
Symptoms: Anxiety (getting much better), sleep disturbances, fatigue, don't feel like myself
