Wow, I had a major pain flare up today, from my headache to my neck fusion down to my lumbar spine.

I had to finally call my PCP and she called me in some muscle relaxants, my regular pain meds didn't work.

I spent the entire day in bed. Maybe getting served yesterday was more shocking than I thought, I must of tensed up badly. Even though I am very happy about it.

So, the muscle relaxants should be kicking in soon, need to have some supper soon.
